Marketing plan broadened
By Inman News, Thursday, October 19, 2006.Nordic Properties, a real estate investment and development firm, purchased the former Teradyne building in Boston, Mass.
The value of the transaction was approximately $34.8 million.
The property, 321 Harrison St., is situated at the intersection of the Mass Pike and Route 93. It contains approximately 245,000 square feet of office space in an 11-story building with an attached parking garage containing 310 spaces.
Nordic will be marketing the building to a number of market niches, including companies with larger office requirements, medical office/laboratory requirements and nonprofit needs.
