Internet lead response system debuts
The Enterprise offers technology for receiving leads
By Inman News, Monday, November 13, 2006.In response to the real estate industry's low response rate to consumer Internet inquiries, the Enterprise, part of Move Inc.'s Real Estate division, launched a lead response system for real estate brokers.
First Responder addresses the industry challenge of meeting consumer expectations for rapid response to their Internet inquiries. The system services leads from multiple sources, including Realtor.com, and also works with offline leads generated by a broker's Front Desk or Interactive Voice Response System.
Brokers can customize the system to deliver leads to specified agents according to client needs and other broker-defined delivery rules.
Users of the system also can define how leads are delivered, for example, using text messaging, e-mail and voice notification via telephone. The system integrates with the Top Producer 7i sales and marketing software for agents.
