A la mode adds lead routing, management technology
Brokers can choose where leads are delivered
By Inman News, Thursday, November 9, 2006.Real estate technology company a la mode has added lead routing and management features to its broker Web site product, Broker XSites, offering a targeted and organized system of real estate lead delivery, the company said today.
"Broker after broker tell us that half the leads coming into their office don't get followed up on," said Rusty Lindquist, a la mode's vice president of broker and agent products. "That's in large part due to leads getting sent to the wrong people."
The lead routing features aim to ensure leads get delivered to the right people, which can decrease the amount of dropped leads, or those that aren't followed up on, the company said. Brokers can set it up so that leads are sent to the agents most qualified to close them, based on property type, geographic area or other pre-defined criteria.
For instance, brokers can distribute "hot" leads to top producers and "colder" leads to agents better suited to handle them.
A la mode said it will formally introduce the lead-routing feature during the National Association of Realtors' annual conference in New Orleans this week.
