Michigan MLS agrees to settle antitrust complaint 
FTC will consider proposed agreement with MiRealSource
By Glenn Roberts Jr., Thursday, November 30, 2006.MiRealSource, a broker-owned multiple listing service in Michigan, has agreed to settle a Federal Trade Commission complaint that challenged MLS rules the agency claimed violate antitrust laws.
