Correction

A Dec. 1, 2006, article, "Chicago MLS sued over consolidation plan," incorrectly stated that a temporary restraining order had been issued to block the transaction between the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois and MAP MLS. The two groups indeed reached an agreement not to move forward with the transaction until Jan. 18, but no formal restraining order was issued. Inman News regrets the error.
