Engineers relocate New Jersey headquarters
Firm secures nearly one-fourth of Kemble Plaza
By Inman News, Tuesday, December 5, 2006.Mack-Cali Realty Corp. signed an engineering consulting services firm to a 20-year lease for 108,332 square feet in Morris Township, N.J.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The Louis Berger Group Inc. will make Kemble Plaza II its new headquarters after it relocates its current headquarters from East Orange and consolidates space from a location in Florham Park. Kemble Plaza II, located at 412 Mt. Kemble Ave., comprises 475,100 square feet of class A office space.
