North Carolina real estate sees slowing
Home sales slide as prices rise
By Inman News, Tuesday, December 26, 2006.Existing-home sales in North Carolina cooled for the third straight month in November while the average home price inched higher, according to statistics provided by the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
There were 10,073 home sales recorded last month, off 4 percent from a year ago when 10,453 homes sold. However, year-to-date sales are 4 percent ahead of the same period last year.
