BPG makes 3-building purchase
Grows office, flex, industrial portfolio in Georgia
By Inman News, Thursday, December 28, 2006.BPG Properties Ltd. purchased three office and flex buildings in suburban Atlanta for $10 million.
Two of the three buildings are single-story light industrial facilities, which comprise Atlantic Distribution Center, while the third building is a single-story office/flex facility, located at 1901 Montreal Road and known as Northlake Business Park.
Atlantic Distribution Center is a light industrial center located off of Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross, a suburb of Atlanta. The buildings total 102,295 square feet with 23-foot clear ceiling heights.
The final building, 1901 Montreal Road, is a 101,736-square-foot office/flex building in Tucker, Ga., that includes 17-foot clear ceiling heights, three loading docks and 25 drive-in doors.
The facilities were 80 percent leased at closing.
