More Houston office space purchased

Transwestern brokered the sale of Northwest One, a 126,015-square-foot office building in Houston, Texas, for an undisclosed price.

Northwest One L.P. sold the six-story, class A property to RPD Catalyst LLC.

Situated at 13100 Northwest Freeway, the building was constructed in 1982 with recent renovations to the lobby and common areas.
