ProLogis leases 800,000-plus square feet

ProLogis has leased an 812,000-square-foot distribution facility outside Indianapolis to Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, a supply-chain management company.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The newly developed warehouse is located in Plainfield, Ind., just west of Indianapolis International Airport. ProLogis owns the property through a joint venture with Browning Investments, an Indianapolis-based developer of commercial real estate.

OH Logistics, which operates more than 2.6 million square feet in the area, will operate the building as a dedicated site for one of its major clients.
