STAG Capital acquires 4-building portfolio

STAG Capital Partners recently purchased a portfolio of office, flex and manufacturing facilities in Troy, Mich., for an undisclosed price.

The four properties, which total 92,685 square feet, range from 16,584 square feet to 39,071 square feet, and were fully leased to I Logic Inc., Michigan Bell Communications, Image Televideo, Wiltel Communications and Progressive Marketing.

The identity of the seller was not disclosed.
