STAG Capital buys more Michigan space

STAG Capital Partners purchased a 250,100-square-foot manufacturing facility in Lansing, Mich., the company announced Monday.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The building is situated on 25.4 acres at 5640 Pierson Road and was fully leased to The Woodbridge Group, a provider of automotive urethane technologies and just-in-time assembly and sequencing systems, at the time of sale.

With this purchase, STAG Capital Partners, which also acquires warehouse, flex and office buildings, has boosted its Midwest portfolio to 828,500 square feet since July 2006.
