Weichert grows franchise network

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, today announced it has added four franchise offices in the West, Midwest and Northeast.

In the West, the new franchise office affiliating with the company is Weichert, Realtors - Pacific Equity Properties, in Folsom, Calif., which is Weichert's first affiliate in the Sacramento area.

The two new franchise offices in the Midwest's Great Lakes region include Weichert, Realtors - Elite Professionals, in Ann Arbor, Mich., which is Weichert's first in that area, and Weichert, Realtors - Unum Properties, in Kenosha, Wis.

The newly affiliated office in the Northeast is Weichert, Realtors - Peterson & Associates, in Nashua, N.H.

Weichert has more than 18,400 sales associates in 480-plus company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the United States.
