TIC investors gain Woodbridge

Tenant-in-common investors have purchased the Woodbridge Apartments community in San Antonio, Texas, for an undisclosed price.

The property, which features 253 units, is situated on approximately 10 acres of land and consists of 27 two-story and nine three-story apartment buildings. There is also a separate one-story building containing a clubhouse, fitness center, business center and leasing center.

Sherman Residential sold the property on Tuesday at a 94.5 percent occupancy.
