Virginia's Sunrise Apartments acquired

Thalhimer negotiated the sale of the Sunrise Apartments in Richmond, Va., for $15.8 million.

The 229-unit multifamily complex is located just off Midlothian Turnpike and Sturbridge Road near Chesterfield Towne Center.

Sunrise Onyx Tov LLC purchased the property from Medalist Properties 3 LLC as an investment.
