Women real estate leaders to convene this spring

Women leaders in real estate will convene for a debut event in March to explore issues women executives in the industry face. The conference, Really Awesome Women in Real Estate, is slated for March 19-21 in Albuquerque, N.M.

The event is designed for women who are executives or directors in a company providing real estate brokerage services, or who are broker owners, managers, regional managers or franchise owners. Attendees will also include women leaders in real estate technology companies, Web marketing, relocation, title insurance, escrow, lenders and other ancillary businesses.

Speakers to date include Bernice Ross, author and CEO of RealEstateCoach.com, and Kim Ades, founder and president of OpeningDoors. Ross is also a columnist for Inman News.

Session topics include technology innovations, strategies for coping with market conditions, balancing work and personal life, discussions around best ideas, and more. Also, several panels will feature women sharing success stories and strategies.
