Boston's Harbor Corporate Center traded
Six-story building retains brick-and-beam construction
By Inman News, Friday, January 26, 2007.Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the sale of Harbor Corporate Center, a 106,171-square-foot office building in Boston's Waterfront District.
The value of the transaction was approximately $23.8 million.
The class A property, located at 300 A St., was built in 1904 and completely renovated in 2005, retaining the original brick-and-beam construction.
At the time of sale, the property was 96 percent leased to five tenants, including Elkus/Manfredi Architects, Circle Co. Associates and BH+A.
Archon Group L.P. sold the asset to Brickman Associates.
