Energy company commits to Denver
Noble renews, expands office lease
By Inman News, Monday, February 26, 2007.Noble Energy Production Inc. has renewed and expanded its office lease to 109,113 square feet at Denver's World Trade Center for an undisclosed price.
The space, built in 1980 and owned by Transwestern Broadreach WTC, is located within a class A building located at 1625 and 1675 Broadway. The 393,742-square-foot asset was the recipient of the 2001 BOMA Building of the Year Award, according to a press statement.
Noble Energy is one of the nation's leading independent energy companies and operates throughout major basins in the United States, including Colorado's Wattenberg Field, western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle, the San Juan Basin in New Mexico, the Gulf Coast, and the Gulf of Mexico.
