Mahwah Business Park changes hands

The Kislak Co. Inc. recently represented both buyer and seller in the $20 million sale of the Mahwah Business Park in Mahwah, N.J.

D&S Industrial Associates LLC sold the 400,000-square-foot complex to Mahwah LLC.

The three-building property is located at 63-65-67 Ramapo Valley Road.

The Kislak Co., headquartered in Woodbridge, N.J., operates throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware.
