Prospectus redevelops, sells Mass. office space

CB Richard Ellis/New England today announced it has brokered the sale of a 137,000-square-foot office building in Cambridge, Mass, for $29.6 million.

The three-story property, located at 625 Mount Auburn St., underwent a recent renovation and addition that updated the existing 87,000-square-foot building and added a 50,000-square-foot wing.

Local developer Prospectus sold the property to KBS Realty Advisors.

CB Richard Ellis/New England is a Boston-based joint venture of CB Richard Ellis and Whittier Partners Group operating in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and New Hampshire.
