Bring the Blog offers content for business Weblogs
Real estate, mortgage bloggers can buy posts
By Inman News, Tuesday, February 27, 2007.Mortgage planner and blogger Dan Green has launched Bring the Blog, a service that offers syndicated content for real estate and mortgage bloggers.
Green will write the posts for mortgage bloggers, while real estate broker Teresa Boardman -- author of St. Paul Real Estate Blog -- will write the feed for real estate bloggers.
Green said an introductory rate of $199 a year for mortgage blog posts will expire in about a week, while the $199 introductory offer for real estate posts is good until March 31. The nondiscounted annual rate will be $399 per year.
For that, Bring the Blog will create a customizable blog and provide subscribers with industry-specific content five days a week. Bring the Blog will also provide content to existing blogs.
The posts show up automatically on clients' blogs, but subscribers can also pick and choose which posts to run and write an unlimited number of their own posts.
Although subscribers are asked to state that they are Bring the Blog clients on their sites, the authors of the posts are not identified, and subscribers are free to claim credit for them, Green said. Bring the Blog's authors may address similar themes on their own Weblogs, but the posts will not be identical.
"The content is not exclusive, but I will generally never write identical content for my blog and for Bring the Blog," Green said of his own blog, The Mortgage Reports.
