L.A. mixed-use project sold

Voit Commercial Brokerage negotiated the $14.8 million acquisition of a two-building office/industrial project in El Segundo, Calif.

The property, which comprises a 61,545-square-foot building, a 6,362-square-foot building and a four-level parking structure, was purchased by Newport Beach-based Realty Associates Advisors LLC.

Kilroy Realty L.P. sold the property, which is located at 181-185 South Douglas and 2270 East El Segundo, and was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.
