Orange County strip mall purchased

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a mixed-use retail and industrial property in Santa Ana, Calif., for approximately $6.3 million.

The 48,325-square-foot facility, located at 900 East 1st St., was built in 1960.

The Hansen Family Trust sold the property to an unidentified buyer.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage operating nationwide.
