Triple Net buys Atlanta high-rise

Triple Net Properties LLC recently purchased a 20-story, class A office building in the 85-acre Galleria shopping and office complex in Atlanta, Ga.

The property, 200 Galleria, totals more than 438,000 square feet and includes a seven-level parking facility with more than 2,500 spaces.

At the time of sale, the property was 83 percent leased to 55 tenants, including Buck Consultants, Mauldin & Jenkins, and Mid-Atlantic Financial Services Inc.

Triple Net Properties LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of NNN Realty Advisors Inc., a nationwide commercial real estate asset management and services firm.
