Mortgage lender to relocate headquarters

National wholesale mortgage lender Just Mortgage Inc. recently signed a long-term office lease for 50,000 square feet in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., as part of its relocation plan.

The lender paid $11 million in the transaction and will relocate its corporate headquarters from Pomona in the summer. The new space, located at the master-planned development known as HavenPark, is currently under construction.

The Hileman Co. LLC owns the property and with this transaction has now pre-leased 100 percent of HavenPark's 150,000-square-foot office component. Other tenants include Pacific Western National Bank, University of Redlands and American Home Mortgage Corp.

HavenPark's retail is comprised of a one- and two-story building totaling 22,000 square feet of business support retail and quick-service casual dining space in addition to a high-profile corner pad that will accommodate a freestanding, high-end restaurant of up to 7,500 square feet.
