Asian entity invests in Kentucky warehouse

NAI BT Commercial represented a foreign investor in the purchase of a 180,000-square-foot industrial building in Lexington, Ky.

The value of the transaction was $8.9 million.

The buyer, an unidentified Japanese corporation, acquired the property from Sumlex Investments LLC. At the time of purchase, the building was fully leased by Sumitomo Electrical Wiring System on a 10-year term.

NAI BT Commercial is a commercial real estate firm primarily providing services through 14 offices in Northern California.
