Dupuy Storage breaks into Houston market
Inks lease for property south of Loop 610
By Inman News, Friday, February 9, 2007.Transwestern recently negotiated the lease of 74,690 square feet of warehouse space at Mykawa Industrial Park in Houston, Texas, for an undisclosed price.
Dupuy Storage Houston LLC, whose parent company Dupuy Storage & Forwarding LLC offers full-service facilities for processing and handling coffee, tea and other commodities, will occupy space located at 7170 and 7188A Mykawa. This lease marks the company's expansion into the Houston market.
The industrial park, built in 1978, comprises 276,640 square feet, and is owned by St. Paul Properties. The location is well suited for access to The Port of Houston, according to a press statement.
Transwestern is a privately held commercial real estate firm operating nationwide.
