New Breed to occupy 500,000 square feet
Lease agreement valued at $9 million
By Inman News, Friday, February 23, 2007.New Breed, Inc., a national third-party logistics services provider based in High Point, N.C., has extended its lease at 300 Montowese Avenue in New Haven, Conn., through 2015.
The 520,645-square-foot complex, known as New Haven Distribution Center, includes two large industrial buildings on a 63.61 acre site.
Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International and Newmark Knight Frank, in conjunction with Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., represented New Breed in this transaction valued at almost $9 million.
New Breed manages millions of square feet of warehouse space across more than 40 distribution centers in the U.S.
Preferred Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, Pennsylvania-based PRIE North Haven Developers LLC.
