Retail deal in California's Central Valley

Lee & Associates represented a private investment group in the purchase of The Visalia Retail Center, a 102,164-square-foot retail asset in Visalia, Calif.

The property, which is located at 3400 Mooney Blvd., was sold for more than $16.7 million.

Ashley, Kerns, Baker Properties Ltd., a Texas partnership, sold the facility, which at the time of sale included tenants such as Anna's Linens, dd's, Petco, Joann's Fabrics and Kragen Auto Parts.
