Duraco deal tops 440,000 square feet

STAG Capital Partners recently purchased a 443,493-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Streamwood, Ill., as part of a sale-leaseback transaction.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Duraco Products sold the building, which is situated on 29.6 acres of land at 1109 East Lake St., but will continue to occupy the space for 20 years. Duraco manufactures and distributes injection-molded plastic and polyurethane garden products and related accessories.

STAG Capital Partners actively acquires warehouse, flex, manufacturing and office buildings nationwide.
