Three Resource Square acquired

Triple Net Properties LLC purchased Three Resource Square, a four-story, class A office building in Charlotte, N.C., for an undisclosed price.

The 122,000-square-foot property is situated on nearly 14 acres in the 1,800-acre University Research Park. Constructed in 1999, the property was 98 percent leased at closing to a variety of tenants, including Allstate Insurance Co. and Ryan Homes.

G & I III Resource Square LLC sold the property.

Triple Net Properties LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of NNN Realty Advisors Inc., a nationwide commercial real estate asset management and services firm.
