Drug maker sheds facility in Massachusetts

Teva Pharmaceuticals, based in Israel, sold its 250,000-square-foot-plus commercial space in Canton, Mass., for an undisclosed price.

The property, located at 25 John Road in the Canton Commerce Center, is situated on 13.5 acres.

Armstrong Pharmaceuticals, which produces metered-dose inhalers, oral and topical sprays, purchased the facility.
