Transtar Metals building sold

A 117,000-square-foot industrial building has been sold in Gardena, Calif., for more than $9 million.

YWK Corp. purchased the property as an investment from Prudential Insurance Co.

The two-building complex is located at 14400 S. Figueroa St., and was occupied at the time of sale by Transtar Metals, a company that handles the distribution and wholesale of metal products.
