Phillips Edison adds Iowa retail

Phillips Edison & Co. recently purchased Quincy Plaza in Quincy, Iowa, for an undisclosed amount.

The retail property totals 137,696 square feet and was anchored by Kmart and 17 other tenants at the time of sale.

The seller's identity was not disclosed.

Phillips Edison & Co. is a retail real estate owner, manager and developer operating in 30 states.
