Seattle-area retail plaza sold to Californian
More than 120,000 square feet involved
By Inman News, Thursday, March 29, 2007.Everett Village Center, a 121,557-square-foot retail plaza in Everett, Wash., has sold for $21.7 million.
A private investor from Southern California purchased the asset from Irvine, Calif.-based Steadfast Cos.
The property, which comprises three buildings located at 1124-1212 SE Everett Mall Way, is situated on 7.5 acres. Fully occupied at the time of sale, the two largest buildings included tenants Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetsMart, Quizno's and Sleep Country USA, and were built in 2005. The third building was occupied by Bank of America and was built in 1979.
