Atlanta's Perimeter Expo Center purchased

Perimeter Expo Center, a 175,835-square-foot retail complex in Atlanta, Ga., has sold for an undisclosed amount.

Perimeter Atlanta SC LLC, an affiliate of Kimco Realty Corp. and an affiliate of the GE Pension Trust, purchased the property from unidentified investors.

The property, located at 1131 Hammond Drive, is situated on a 10.1-acre site and is shadow-anchored by Home Depot's flagship Expo Design Center. Completed in 1992, the property was 100 percent leased to tenants including Marshalls, Best Buy, Linens 'N Things, Off Broadway Shoes, Old Navy and Thomasville Home.
