STAG Capital buys 270,000 square feet

STAG Capital Partners recently purchased a 270,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Milwaukee, Wis., as part of a five-year sale-leaseback transaction with the current tenant.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The building sits on 15 acres of land at 200 W. Capitol Drive and was 100 percent leased to Bentley World Packaging, a provider of complete packaging, warehousing and distribution services, engineering consulting services and logistics management services to exporters and industrial manufacturers.

STAG Capital Partners acquires single-tenant, net-leased properties that include warehouse, flex, manufacturing and office buildings.
