Overnight real estate rates still sluggish
30-year fixed rate at 5.76%; 10-year Treasury yield at 4.7%

Long-term mortgage interest rates were mostly flat again Thursday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield rose to 4.7 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average held at 5.76 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate edged up to 5.49 percent. The 1-year adjustable stayed at 5.6 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield increased to 4.88 percent.
Rates and bonds are current as of 7:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Mortgage rate figures are according to Bankrate.com, which publishes nightly averages based on its survey of 4,000 banks in 50 states. Points on these mortgages range from zero to 3.5.
In other economic news, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 15.61 points, or 0.12 percent, finishing at 13,105.5. The Nasdaq was up 6.57 points, or 0.26 percent, closing at 2,554.46.
