Calabasas Center, a 30,354-square-foot office complex in Calabasas, Calif., recently sold for more than $8 million.

Kasco LP & Kasco Charitable sold the two-building property to 26540 Agoura RD LLC.

The facility, located at 26540-26560 Agoura Road, was fully leased at the time of sale by multiple tenants.

Lee & Associates/La North Ventura Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction, while Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
