Tampa deal tops $24M

BPG Properties Ltd. recently purchased a 181,154-square-foot office building in Tampa, Fla., for $24.5 million.

The 16-acre property, sold by GHP Office Realty, is located at 12470 Telecom Drive.

The property has been renamed Riverside at Telecom Park and is located within the northern portion of the Interstate-75 office submarket. It is a five-story, class A office building that was formerly owned and is now partially occupied by Verizon. The building features a five-story atrium lobby, and floor plates range in size from 35,000 square feet to 37,000 square feet, consisting of two wings connected by the atrium lobby.
