New Jersey's Ridgedale Corporate Center sold

Ridgedale Corporate Center, a 151,416-square-foot complex comprised of two interconnected suburban office buildings, sold in East Hanover, N.J., for an undisclosed price.

North Jersey Development Group Inc. sold the 19.9-acre property at 711-717 Ridgedale Ave. to an unidentified buyer.

The North building is a two-story structure containing 36,662 square feet, and the South building is a three-story structure, built partially over grade-level surface parking, containing 114,754 square feet, which is connected to the North building via a second-story, windowed skywalk.

Amenities include an onsite fitness center, cafeteria and shared conference facility.
