STAG buys Indiana industrial space

STAG Capital Partners recently purchased three warehouse and manufacturing facilities totaling 466,400 square feet in Lafayette, Ind.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

The first property is a 275,000-square-foot warehouse located on 12 acres at 1521 Kepner Drive. It was fully leased at the time of sale to Toyota Tsusho America Inc., a provider of distribution services.

The second property, a 120,000-square-foot facility at 1540 Kepner Drive, is situated on 6.9 acres. At closing, it was fully leased to Catepillar Logistic Services Inc.

The third subject property, located on 3.4 acres at 1520 Kepner Drive, comprises 71,400 square feet and was fully leased at the time of sale to Heartland Automotive, a manufacturer of interior and exterior plastic automotive parts.

Warehouse Leasing Co. LLC sold the properties.
