Qualcomm finds space in San Diego
Leases 150,000-plus square feet at Pacific Center complex
By Inman News, Wednesday, June 13, 2007.Wireless communications company Qualcomm recently leased more than 150,000 square feet of office space in San Diego, Calif., for an undisclosed price.
Qualcomm will occupy 143,301 square feet at Pacific Center III and 23,000 square feet at Pacific Center I, located at 10160 Pacific Mesa Blvd. and 10145 Pacific Heights Blvd., respectively.
These lease signings bring the three-building, class A office project totaling 535,000 square feet to 100 percent occupancy. Pacific Center III is the newest building in the project, completed in the third quarter of 2006, featuring six stories and 145,000 square feet. Pacific Center I, the project's largest building at 10 stories, offers 245,000 square feet of space.
RREEF, a full service real estate investment advisor, is the owner and developer of the Pacific Center project, which includes a fitness center with a basketball court, and shower and locker facilities.
