STAG Capital buys 206,000 square feet
Warehouse, office space fully occupied
By Inman News, Wednesday, June 27, 2007.STAG Capital Partners recently purchased a 206,800-square-foot warehouse and office facility in Glendale, Wis., for an undisclosed price.
4041 Richards LLC sold the property at 4041 North Richards St. at full occupancy.
The building is situated on nearly 8.1 acres and is leased to two tenants, Heinn Trend and the Social Development Commission (SDC). Heinn Trend, a manufacturer of custom design catalog binders, occupies 65 percent of the space, while SDC, a community action agency for Milwaukee County that funds and operates programs and services targeting low-income residents, occupies 35 percent of the building and serves as the center for the Head Start and Energy Assistance programs they administer for the state of Wisconsin.
