Fort Worth multifamily sale tops $15 million
Out-of-state company banks on region's economy
By Inman News, Thursday, July 26, 2007.Los Angeles-based Lagovent Real Estate Group today announced the purchase of a 265-unit apartment complex in Fort Worth, Texas, for $15.1 million.
An unidentified entity sold the property, which encompasses nearly 16 acres.
Lagovent was attracted to the location because of the expected 2.7 percent growth in employment this year, according to a press statement.
