O.C. office deal hits big price

Lee & Associates on Friday announced it has negotiated the sale of a 44,970-square-foot office building in Laguna Hills, Calif., for more than $11.5 million.

Warmington Capital Partners sold the property at 23141 Moulton Parkway to an unidentified buyer.

At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent leased to The County of Orange and The State of California, whose traffic courts and sheriff's office, respectively, occupy the space, among other government agencies.
