Riverwood Place sells in TIC deal
Big names in computer industry occupy site
By Inman News, Monday, August 27, 2007.Tenant-in-common investors recently purchased a class A office complex in Pewaukee, Wis., for an undisclosed price.
The property, Riverwood Place, comprises two buildings situated on nearly 17 acres, and was sold by Transwestern Great Lakes LP.
Completed in 1999 and 2001, the property was 93 percent occupied at closing by several nationally recognized companies, including the Microsoft Corp., Humana Wisconsin Health Organization Insurance Corp. and Cisco Systems Inc.
