STAG Capital grows by 145,000 square feet

STAG Capital Partners recently acquired a 145,519-square-foot industrial facility in Appleton, Wis., as part of a five-year sale-leaseback transaction with Metso Paper.

Metso, which specializes in pulping, papermaking and power generation, sold and leased back the property for an undisclosed price.

The building is located at 2111 North Sandra St. in the Northeast Appleton Business Park.
