Westcore sheds industrial park outside S.F.

Westcore Properties has sold its six-building Fremont Business Center in the San Francisco Bay Area for approximately $25.8 million.

Lincoln Property Co. purchased the asset, which is located at 47747-47825 Warm Springs Blvd. in Fremont.

The industrial park is comprised of 166,709 square feet of industrial and R&D space on an 11.26-acre lot and was built in the 1980s. Westcore had performed major interior renovations and exterior upgrades during the course of ownership.

At the time of sale, the property was occupied by such tenants as NetVersant-Northern California, Microcube, MicroFluidic Systems and Aries Innovations.
