LLC trades Blackthorn Apartments

A limited liability company recently sold the 192-unit Blackthorn Apartments in Greensboro, N.C., for approximately $11.3 million.

Blackthorn Apartments LLC unloaded the asset on Colonial Apartments LLC.

Located at 4231 Yanceyville St., the 179,004-square foot apartment community is situated on 11.3 acres. Built in 2002, the complex features 84 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 96 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and 12 three-bedroom/two-bathroom units.
